Hello,

I need the broken plastic part in the attached enclosed pictures. I do not know what it is called. It goes in to the side of my windows and has tension on it by keeping the window inside the frame. I am have been gathering part numbers from Swisco so that I can order everything that I need in one order.

Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the face guide shown in your first three photos. We dop offer the 18-033 top sash guide if you need those as well. We'll include the specifications below. I'm sorry we won't be able to assist with the entire repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.

Hello,
That is not good news. Because you do not have the face guides, I have to now have those two windows replaced. I also needed the top sash guides, but they don't do me any good with out the face guides. I uploaded the pictures in to google and I am not able to find a part that matches mine.

Casey is correct that, unfortunately, we do not carry a face guide that would fit your window sash. If possible, you may want to try reaching out to the window manufacturer directly. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Thank you for your support. The manufacturer went out of business way back around 1985.

If that's the case, you could try checking local hardware stores and retailers that may have backstock of this part but it's possible that it may have been outdated for too long and replacements are no longer available.
