I need a crank for a right hinged (from inside) casement window

Question

The broken crank has a 9" arm and a smaller arm. The long arm is stamped Entry Gard Truth.
I am hoping to only have to take this apart once but if you need a number or code tell me where I can find it and I will do my best.
