I need a new channel balances but not sure does S385 will match the broken one.

A home owner from Fremont, CA says:
Found this one my window.
ansi/aama 101-93
Series: 5100 DH-C20
Mst: 4776

Hi, I just want to make sure is the product S385-13 with 1220 would be the one that I need to replace my broken balance?

Thanks
Yee

Hi Yee. While I can't confirm for sure from photos, it does look like the nylon shoe has a depth greater than 1". If it's 1-3/32", then yes, the S385-13 is the balance you're looking for. The stamp option would indeed be 1220.
