The bottom part is broken and won't hold window up. Not sure is I need the entire spring assemble

Thanks for posting. Looks like you might have our 15-180 Pivot Shoe, just check to compare. This shoe is compatible with our Series 190 Coil Balances. Let us know if you have any questions.
