replacement part or new module to replace

It's tough to be sure without seeing an undamaged operator removed from the window but what I can make out reminds me of the 39-312 awning operator shown below.

It also looks like the base of your operator has rear-mounted installation holes, while ours attaches from the front. If the rest of the specifications match yours, the 39-312 could still work but you would need to use the 33-205 nut to convert the operator to be rear-mounted. Take a look and compare the specifications to yours. Thank you!
