I need a pivot pin for a double hung tilt window manufactured in 2008.

Question

My pivot pin broke and I need to replace them. I do not know the manufacturers name. I can tell you it is for a bottom sash numbered 014807.01.00.01 and the product code is 04830702.0001SM There is an addition number on the sticker 712DHS.
I am sending a picture also.
