Sure! Looks like you just need a new pivot shoe. I recommend our 15-192, which is designed for Certainteed windows. Look it over and let me know if you had any questions.

The whole assembly isn't sold as a kit, the individual components are all sold separately. If you need more than the shoe, then we can also offer the Series 170 coil spring, 15-156 cover, and 15-157 drum. The video below will also show you how all these parts work together.
