39-376 looks quite different from mine in the picture.

My is from a Milgard window, if that helps.

I am only looking to place holding handle on it.

I'm sorry for misunderstanding, I thought you only wanted a cover and handle for your operator, since those are missing in the picture you've shown me. The 39-376 would just fit over the base.

If you needed an entirely new operator instead, then we'll require more information. Please start by removing your operator from the window in its entirety. It's necessary for us to see the entire mechanism in one shot. The base only tells half the story, there's still a lot more to the operator that's not visible in the photo you've given already.
