I need a replacement operator that will last.

I need a replacement operator that will last. The ones that I am buying from home Depot don't fit right and they don't last. The picture of the brown operator is an original one that is more than 10 years old and still works great. I need a replacement like that one.

Also, I need oversized screws. Some of the mounting holes for the operator are stripped out.

Going by what I can see, you could have a 39-350 Rusco operator. It's hard to say for sure without seeing the original off of the window, but look at the 39-350 and see what you think.
