I need a window balance shoe

I hope you can help me. I need to replace the window balance shoes.

Problem is that the originals were completely broken and mostly missing. I've ordered two shoes already and neither of them work -

I can tell that the original has 'wings' in the back.

I ordered 15-004 (1 3/32") and then couldn't get the window back into place. It seemed like the shoe was to tall and there wasn't enough room to push the window to one side and get the other side in.

So, I ordered 15-005 (1") and it too is too big.

Is there a shoe that is 3/4" or something smaller than 1"?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
