I need a window balancer with Length = 25 5/8 and Stamp 25-5 (See phpto)

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length of 25-5/8" which is what makes it custom.

I'll just need a few more details to get the ball rolling. Can you show me a photo of the metal clip attached at the end of the pulley cord? Can you also confirm the number of balances you're looking to order? 

No, I'm afraid no stock balance can replace what you have here. Furthermore, our minimum for custom orders is 2. You wouldn't want to replace just the one balance anyway. Pairing an old balance with a new one would cause the new balance to wear out much faster as it'd have to pick up the slack for its older counterpart.
