I need a window channel balance with Number 2220C on it.

I need window channel balance that broke a few days ago. I can't find anywhere, I would appreciate your help with this issue. Thank you so much. Dali

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to help with this. We'll just need more information to determine your replacement options. Can you removed an undamaged balance from the window? We'd like to see a photo of the top and bottom fittings. Can you also show us a photo of the inside of the metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel.

Hi there,
Thank you so much for replying to my message. Yes, I took it of the window and this is a measurement ( only metal part is 23").
There is a picture attached too.

Thank you! I see the top fitting of your balance is winged but I can't make out the bottom fitting. Can we see a close up photo of that?
