I need all necessary parts for this windows to be repair

Thanks for writing in! There is a chance we may be able to supply you with a replacement for the window balances you need but I will need to see the assembly removed from the window to confirm. I am looking to see any attachments on the top and/or bottom of the balance or any that could possibly be in the window channel.

In the meantime, your sash lock and the compatible appears to be the 90-316 Pella Sash Lock & Keeper. I am confident this kit is the one you need for your repairs but take a look over the dimensions and compare them to be sure.
