I need all new cranks for the house I just bought

I really hope you can help me. We just bought this house and all of the crank out windows seem like they are all stripped. I think I need to but the entire mechanism, but if not, I'll do some more investigating. Thanks.

It's hard to tell exactly what you have without seeing this operator removed from the window. It looks like an Andersen part, though. Start by looking at our 39-05 and 39-146 and seeing if either of these are a match. If not, I need to see it fully removed. Thanks!
