I need both left and right channel balances

A home owner from Coral Springs, Florida says:
January 5, 2023
The photos attached were taken from inside of the house of the right channel balance.
The length of the channel balance metal is 31 inches.
The channel balance metal has the number 3030 stamped into it.
I need both left and right channel balances and also both left and right windows frame limiters.

Can you supply these parts ?
