I have up down sliding windows. Need balance for two windows. Don't know series.

If your bottom balance shoe measures 1-3/32" in depth, then our S385-27 channel balance would work for you. As for the option, I am having a little difficulty reading the numbers of your balance. Could you clarify those numbers for us so that we may inform you which stamp option to choose when ordering these balances.

Thanks for helping me out. It is 26 5 CX CMC 11.

Thank you for clarifying. Your 26 5 stamp indicates that you will need the S385-27 with the 2650 option. Good luck finishing your repair!
