Hey there!

This looks like our S395-28 channel balance with the 2730 spring strength option. Look this over to see if you agree.

I'm not too sure about your top sash guide but I'm going to have one of our senior experts take a look and see if they could recommend a replacement for you. We'll reach out as soon as more information is available.

I think that's really close. I saw a top sash guide that looks right in the 395 page. Looks like probably an 18-174.
