I need channel balances for 6 windows

A quick learner from Wa says:

So I'm hoping my pictures will help me to identify which channel balances I need. The number says 2840W. It's for single hung aluminum windows that were marked made in 1989. I have 6 windows that i'd like to replace them all. So I'll need 12. Can you email me the right part so I can purchase them hopefully tomorrow. Thank you!  Tomi
