I need cranks for the windows that was put in 1989 when they built the house.

It looks like the worm gear came out with the crank handle; when this happens, I'm afraid it means the entire operator has broken down and needs to be replaced. We can help you do this, but we'll need to see a picture of the entire operator, including the link arm(s), out of the window.
