I need different size balances for my window

Question

I need the spring bars for windows.
10 31" red tip
10 29" red tip
20 pivot shoes 17/32"
And the tool to install them.
I tried to call but no one answered.
Can you guys please help?

Hi, we can certainly help with this. The window balances will be our S600-29 and S600-31 red tip with the 15-015 17/32" thick pivot shoe. You'll need the 75-006 charging tool for installation. For more help, check out the video below.
