Window more than 45 years old black color. Distance between screw 2 3/8
and size 3 3/8.

Thanks for posting! Your window latch has a similar appearance to the 26-078 and 26-079 Top Tilt Latches. Your 2-3/8" measurement for the installation holes is fairly close to the 2-5/16" measurement.

Take a look over the dimensions below and compare them to determine if this is the right replacement match for your window. These are available in black.
