Thanks for posting. I am afraid we only carry a replacement for the inside latch. See our 40-150. If the outside handle has been drooping, replacing the inside latch usually improves this, since it restores tension to the handle. I am afraid the 40-150 is available only in white or black. Apologies for the inconvenience.

As for a lock, the 40-10 unfortunately does not have one. For something like that you may want to consider a new 40-039 keyed deadbolt, which installs on the door separate from the handle. Another potential option is to replace both the interior and exterior handle with the 40-177 set, which also includes a keyed deadbolt. Either option will require a bit of handiwork to install, though.
