Hello there!
Thanks for reaching out to us. We can help. It will just have to be a custom order due to the 86 stamp. That tells me that your balance has a special calibration that isn't matched by any of our standard parts. What I will do now is email you an order link for (14) that you can use to place an order on our website.

I have another window needing same balancer but window height is shorter. It measures 47" in height. These other 14 you got me are for window measurimg almost 59" in height.
Can you add 2 more balancers for the shorter height window. That way i can check out all at same time.

Sure, we'd be happy to help with that but I'm afraid the height of the window doesn't help. We would need you to confirm the stamp printed on the balance to get the ball rolling.
