I need help

Question

I have Feldco windows and one will not stay open. I found some broken parts, the bottom bracket and I think the other parts are some type of springs. I don't know if the label has any info that helps, but I included that.

Thanks for reaching out! Your window balance can likely be replaced with the S140-06 but you'll need to remove it and compare the dimensions to be sure. Take a look over the diagram below for reference.

This assembly is typically used with the 26-398 and 26-405 pivot bars. Their dimensions can be found on the website.
