Please see attached photos - there are no marking but the arm that connect to the window hardware is raised and threaded. I removed a 1/4 in screw from it to remove the crank assembly from the window
measurements
top hole to bottom home - 5 1/4 in
2 bottom holes 1 1/8 in apart
arm center hole to center hole 2 1/2 in
concerned with the shoulder bolt and washer - mine seems to be a permanent part of the arm and not something I can add. So I'm not sure what size the hole is.
Please let me know if you need anything else form me. I am in a hurry since the windows wont lock at this time.

I believe the 39-025 operator should work on your window. Take a look and match it up to your operator, at least as far as size is concerned. Also look at the related video on the right, which will show you how to replace an awning operator.
