I need help to fix this window

A home owner from Massachusetts says:

The window needs hardware to be able to stay up or down normally. I believe needs two Pivot bars and two pivot lock shoes.

I truly appreciate your help on this before I purchase anything.

Thank you very much

Guillermo

Tom from SWISCO responded:

It definitely looks like your pivot shoe is broken. See our 15-175, which looks like a good match to me.

I'm not sure about your pivot bar, but the 15-175 is compatible with our 26-226 and 26-352, among others. Start with these two and see if either matches up with the original in terms of design and dimensions.

A home owner says:
Hi Tom, I just want to thank you for taking the time to answer my question guiding me on what to buy. I already made the orders hoping to find the right match. Thank you again.
