I need help with parts

Hello,
I don't see a name on the windows. I had a glass person come out and they told me that there was no way to fix these windows. They said I have to replace them at over $1000 each. I took a picture of the broken plastic hooks that were on the side. It looks like the string is broken and it hooks up through the top of the window. The windows are difficult to open, and or they will not remain open. Does your company sell parts that allow me to fix the window?

Your last photo is similar to the 15-209 end bracket shown below, depending on how the specifications compare. With that being said, we are not able to supply the overhead balances used with this bracket, which are discontinued. We apologize for the inconvenience.
