I need a 12 channel balances and also the small catch that keeps the balance in line with window. The balance has a marking that says "21: B"

Also the channel is narrow . Like slightly over 3/8 inches. And the height of the plastic bottom attachment is only 3/4 of an inch

As seen in the photo, the metal channel length is 22 inches

Hello there!

The S800-22 channel balance with the 21B stamp looks like a match. Our metal channel is 3/8" though so you may want to double-check your measurement to be safe. As for the top sash guide, start by taking a look at the 18-036's specifications to see if they match up. Let us know if you note any discrepancies and we can go from there.
