I need new counter ballances for this window. Can you identify the parts from this picture? I have pulled the windows out, so removing the part and taking more pictures would be easy too.

Hi John. Looks like you have either Series 600 or Series 900 Spiral Balances for tilt windows. See the videos at this page that go into detail as to how to further narrow down their identity and to remove and replace this hardware.
