I need new shoes

Thanks for posting! I am certain we can recommend a replacement for this shoe but to confirm the right fit, I'll need to know its width and thickness. That said, you'll need to remove the shoe from the window and provide the measurements, written out.

Please also provide a photo of the pivot bar used with the shoe. There is a chance it may not be compatible with the replacement, depending on the shape and size of the shoe cam.

I've included a video tutorial below with instructions on how to remove/install the shoes.

Thanks for the requested information. Although, I'll just need to know the thickness of the shoe to narrow down the correct replacement. This is the front to back measurement, on the side of the shoe.

I'll also need to see the pivot bar removed from the bottom of the sash. It is difficult to see its exact shape and to get a clear view of the installation hole placement.

Unfortunately, I do not have a phone line I would be able to call you from, this discussion thread is the best method for communicating with me.

As mentioned, your exact pivot shoe is no longer made but our 15-134 should work well as a suitable alternative. To replace the pivot bar, you'll need the 26-297. 

Carefully double check the dimensions below and see what you think.
