Hello,
We'd be happy to help but we'll need you to remove one of your balances and confirm if the tube that the spiral extends from has a diameter of 3/8" or 5/8". There should also be a colored piece of plastic at the base of the tube that indicates the tension needed to support the window. If that piece is missing, we'll need to know the exact weight of your window sash. Thank you!
