To further review, we will need to see the pivot shoe that the coil springs attach to in the window channel. From there we can confirm which series of coil balance your window uses for replacement options.

Unfortunately I cannot see the pivot shoe in these pictures. I have related a video below for an example of a pivot shoe. It may have fallen farther down in the window channel. Please also provide the thickness of the coil springs. Thank you!

Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-228 that is compatible with either the 1/2" thick Series 160 coil springs or the 3/8" thick Series 165 coils. Please review the dimensions below to confirm a good fit!

Please note that we do not carry a replacement for the bracket above the coil cover.
