Hello, thank you for posting,
Unfortunately we are not able to cross reference the information provided. To further review, are you able to remove an undamaged piece where the T can be measured along with the length? From there we can compare to our selection of storm door sweeps to confirm if we can supply a suitable match. Thank you!

The dimensions of the t shaped seal are: 3/16" width of the "t" that slides in the track x 5/8" top of t to bottom. 9/16" not counting top of T. Door width is 36".
This is for a ChamberDoor, which is a Canadian company. Could be manufactured with metric dimensions.
