I need help identifying the balance for my windows. It is 16" long and 1/2" wide. Photos are attached.

Hey there. This looks like either the S380-16 or S385-16 Channel Balance. Depending on the shoe depth, one of these should be what you need. See below. For the stamp choose 1520.

Hi, I measured the "foot" and it looks like I need a S385, stamp 1520. However the top part looks different on mine than the one on the website. Mine has a flat black plastic part, and the one on the website has a pointed tip. See photos. Will the S385 still fit my window?

Thanks for posting. Yes, this old style top fitting is equivalent to the 19-005, the top fitting used with the Series 385. Although it looks different, it essentially functions the same way and will work with your window.
