Hello,

This looks like a 15-180 Pivot Shoe, which uses the Series 190 Coil Balances. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks for posting!

Thank you Casey.. I just installed 4 new pivot shoes you guys sent over. Took less than 15 minutes & glad I have extra. I would never have had found them without your knowledge & expertise. Now my windows are functional again. Thanks so much & have a happy 4th of July weekend.
