I need several of these rods.

A contractor from Carlsbad, California says:
This is from a casement window that has 2 strikes for latching. This flat rod with 2 knobs on it. It attaches to the locking handle and slides up or down to engage the knobs on it to go into the keepers. They are different sizes according to the length of the casement window. Can you make these, and if so, could it be with stainless?
