Attached photos are of a balance from a previously replaced (identical) window. The best I can tell the number on the part are E23 927 173 The house was built in 1973-4 and they are the original Anderson double hung windows ~ 36 w x 53 l. Can you please help me identify the correct part(s)? I watched you YouTube video....replacement seems relatively straight-forward. Thanks!! Steve

Hi Steve,
I recommend our 24-939. This can replace Andersen balance boxes with a stamp of 927.
When it comes time to replace the other balancers, get back to us with a photo and the stamped information, we will be able to make a suggestion then.
