I'm afraid I can't tell what you have from these photos. Can you detach the arm from the window linkage and show me a picture of that without obstruction?

Now its 100% broken it won't close at all. Definitely need that small half threaded screw as well.

Thank you! We don't have an exact match for this operator, but our 39-055 and 39-056 are very similar in design. I think they're the best options we can offer. Look them over and let me know what you think.
