I need some sash balances

Hello.  I need to replace the sash balances on my windows.  I found this number on one  E47 9#31 8-86.  Can you tell what left and right ones I need?

I sure can! Based on your old stamp of "9#31," I recommend the 24-939 Andersen sash balance. This can work for both the right and left side interchangeably.
