I need spiral balance window.

See the photo, I have problem the sash doesn't seal the window, they are uneven
I don't know if the spiral are the problem
So.can you help.

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. It does look like your spiral balance is broken, so it would be a good idea to replace it anyway. Whether that's the cause of your window being uneven is not something I can say for sure, but it is likely.

Given that this is a typical tilt window, you only have two options: the 3/8" diameter Series 900 or the 9/16" diameter Series 600. Measure the diameter of the balance's metal tube to verify which one is best.
