I need a spring for the following window sizes. the markings on the window hardware bare the name "Certain Teed"
26 x 39 1/2

I'll go through your balances one at a time. Based on your measurements, here are the coil springs I recommend:
1) 26" x 39-1/2": S170-407
2) 36-1/2" x 37": S170-408
3) 33" x 39-1/2": S170-408
Just to confirm, though, there is usually a number stamped on the spring itself, near the screw hole. You should check these numbers before you make your decision. As for the pivot shoe, it looks similar to our 15-192. Just make sure the dimensions match.
