I need the black plastic part

It attaches to the bottom of the window and slides window opens
Dont know what windows they are but they were made in Canada.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't sell this piece by itself, so you'd need a new hinge. Start by taking a look at the 10" 36-048. Review the specifications and see how they compare with yours.

Note that we recommend replacing the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
