I need the keeper for this lock

Handy Person from Colorado Springs
The keeper for this patio door lock is missing. The distance between the outside ends of the holes where the hooks would latch need to be 3 3/4" apart minimum. The three screw holes where the keeper was attached to the door frame are in line and spaced 3.25" above and below the center one. The holes are located at the center of a groove 5/16" wide and 1/4" deep that runs top to bottom in the frame. To the best of my ability to measure, the keeper needs to be 3/8" tall of the surface of the door frame, or 5/8 from the bottom of the groove. I can't find any identifying information on the door at all.

I just looked at my notes and drawing again, and the offset from the door frame may be 3/8" from the bottom of the groove instead of the top of the groove. my drawing is a little ambiguous.

I'm afraid I don't understand your measurements. I can tell you that your handle set is our 82-080, which means your mortise lock is probably our 82-238, which means, finally, that your keeper could be either our 89-042 or 89-030. These are the two keepers we sell that can work with your mortise. Look over our dimensions for both to see which would fit best in the space available. I'm personally leaning more towards the 89-030, but see what you think.
