Take a look and compare the specifications of the 26-351 tilt latches to yours. We should be able to supply your sash locks as well but we would need to see an undamaged lock and have you write out the exact distance between the installation hole centers to narrow down your options. Thanks for getting back to us. It looks like you could have either the 90-005 or 90-009 sash lock. Take a look and review the specifications below. Note that the style of the locking tongue is a key difference, which is not visible in your photo.
