I need the pivot shoe as shown in the above picture which is broken for a simonton double hung window. Any help would be appreciated.

My name is David and I need help with getting a part for my simonton double hung windows. I believe the part is called a pivot shoe and is a flimsy plastic piece that helps the windows open and close smoothly. Not sure of the part number but the above picture has one of the serial or model numbers so I'm hoping you can help me obtain 6 of these parts to fix 3 double hung windows.

Unfortunately, information from the manufacturer stickers does not tell us what hardware it uses. That being said, Simonton windows sometimes use our 15-192 pivot she, which is compatible with the S170 and S171 coil springs. Take a look at these parts and the related hardware to see if they could work for you. Thank you!
