I need the plastic clip

Thank you for reaching out to us. This clip reminds me of the one used with the 39-099 and 39-343 operators. However, we don't sell it separately, so you'd need a new operator assembly. Review the specifications for our parts and see how they compare with yours. 

Note that if your window was made from 1995 to 1998, you'd want the 39-343 since this includes an adapter plate.
