Replacement parts for Andersen Sash Balances

I have already ordered the parts that I thought were correct. My order# was 1522216. Those are on the correct parts. Please let me know which parts that I need to order so that I can complete this window.

Unfortunately, Andersen does make it difficult to match the numbers on their Narroline cottage windows. The correct balances for your window would be our 24-13L for the BP 30 12 l 9/86 and 24-13R for the BP 30 12R 9/86. Also, make sure you don't accidentally mix the left and right balances when installing them. You can view our return policy for the balances you purchased here. Thanks for posting!
