I need these balances

This is a counterbalance for a mastic window, the length is 36 inches.
The shoe comes to a point on the bottom side. it is an 1"-5/16on each side and in the middle It's an 1"3/8 long. It's an 1"1/4 wide and a 1/2" thick

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm not sure what you have here just yet. Can you confirm how the balance installs at the top of the window track? Can you also weigh the window sash on a scale and tell us its weight? That should help get our search started.
