I have double hung windows with springs around a metal rod. The metal rod is supposed to sit in this piece on top where it is all split

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't sell the pieces shown here. We may be able to help replace the whole balance though. Can you remove an undamaged balance from the window and show us photos? It would also be helpful to see any other parts the balance uses.
