Thanks for getting back to us. It looks like you need spiral balances for tilt windows. If so, you can start by comparing the (3/8") S900 and (5/8") S600 to yours depending on the diameter of your housing tube. You'll also need to confirm that the tip of the spiral has the same pegs that anchor to the pivot shoe.
As for the pivot bars, we've related a few of our replacement options on this page to compare to your I-shaped pivot bar. You'd need to determine if at least one of the installation holes matches the backset of yours to be able to install it in the sash frame.
